Mad River Yoga Locations
Mad River Yoga is a community more than a single location. Classes take place in our studio in Waitsfield, Vermont as well as at the Shambala Meditation Center in Montpelier, Vermont.
Waitfield, Vermont Studio
The studio is located above Bisbee’s hardware on the Mad River Green in Waitsfield.
- From Interstate 89 north take exit 10 in Waterbury and follow Route 100 South into Waitsfield.
- From Interstate 89 south take exit 9 in Middlesex and follow Route 100B South into Waitsfield.
- The studio is on the west side of Route 100 (on your right if traveling south). It is located in a large dark red barn with a large silo reading “The Shopping Center” in big white letters. It is difficult to miss it.
Shambhala Meditation Center,
Montpelier, Vermont
The Shambhala Meditation Center is located at 64 Main Street, above the old Brook’s Drug Store on the third floor.
- Take exit 8 off I-89 into Montepelier.
