Mary Flemming has been teaching yoga since 1993 in Waitsfield and Montpelier Vermont, where she directs Mad River Yoga, The centre for Iyengar Yoga study within the state. Having spent the last 30 years as a nurse her wealth of knowledge of the physical is integrated with the philosophy of yoga. Her teaching empasizes the spiritual physical connection for which the Iyengar method is known.
